Sometimes we get stuck. This might happen once, twice or what feels like “all the time.” Despite our very best efforts, we may find ourselves having a hard time breaking free of set-backs, disappointments or major traumatic events. When we experience stress, anxiety or symptoms of depression we may find ourselves in a spiral that starts to affect other areas of our lives – our work, our relationships, and how we feel about ourselves. This may be new to you or familiar territory; either way, it is not a fun space to be in.

Our thoughts, behaviors and feelings can do as much to hinder us as they can to help us. It is a matter of changing them to be beneficial and this is something you have likely done a thousand times already in your life without noticing it. Sometimes our habits are so ingrained that it can be tricky to recognize and change them.

Whether you have struggled with this all your life or experiencing it for the first time, there is hope. I would love to help you master these skills of change. I will provide you with an empathetic and non-judgmental space to work through your issues and tackle the thoughts, feelings and behaviors keeping you stuck.
